CME Accreditation 

In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by CineMed and the American Foregut Society. CineMed is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

Physicians: CineMed designates this live activity for a maximum of 24 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™.  Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Nurses: This activity provides 24 contact hours for nurses. 

Other Healthcare Professionals: All other healthcare professionals will receive a Certificate of Participation. For information on the applicability and acceptance of Certificates of Participation for activities designated for AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™, consult your professional licensing board.

American Board of Surgery (ABS) and American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) Reporting:  Successful completion of this CME activity enables the learner to earn credit toward the CME requirement(s) of the American Board of Surgery’s and the American Board of Internal Medicine’s Continuous Certification program. It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit learner completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABS credit. 

Note: Claimed credits will be reported to the ABS or ABIM one time, 30 days from the conclusion of this activity. Credits claimed after the 30-day window will not be reported to ABS or ABIM regardless of circumstances.

Certificates:  To claim your CME/CE credits, complete the online Credit and Evaluation form using the following URL: https://cine-med.com/certificate.php?redirect=afsannual2026. This is a one-time credit submission.  Credits should be tracked at the completion of the meeting. Participants will be able to download or print a certificate once the form has been submitted.

Dress Code
Business Casual/Business Smart. Slacks, skirts or dresses for women and slacks are collared shirts for men are appropriate. Suits are not necessary. Meeting rooms tend to be cool, so bring a sweater or light jacket with you to the meeting space each day. The dress for the networking event is casual. 

Provided Meals
Thursday lunch and Industry and Poster Session cocktail hour, Friday continental breakfast and reception, and Saturday continental breakfast. For Post Graduate courses, Wednesday Intro to Motility lunch, Thursday Endoscopic Surgery breakfast, and Sunday Advanced Motility breakfast.

For lunches and dinners, attendees are encouraged to sign up for Product Theaters hosted by our sponsors (sign ups posted closer to meeting date)

All General Sessions are included in registration. Post Graduate Courses (optional) are an additional cost.
