Registration Rates
2026 Annual Meeting registration includes: Thursday lunch, the Industry and Poster Session cocktail hour, Friday continental breakfast and reception, Saturday continental breakfast, and the Post Graduate Course breakfast. Attendees are encouraged to sign up for sponsor hosted Product Theaters for additional lunches and dinners. Sign ups will be available closer to the meeting date.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@foregut.org before August 27, 2026. Event registration refund will be given, minus $50 administration fee, after written request for the refund. Refunds will not be given after August 27, 2026, or for no shows. We use a 3rd party processing to ensure your privacy and protection. Transactions, including refunds, have a fee associated with them. Any refund that is processed may incur and administrative fee of $50, and may incur processing fees.
Information and Photo Release: By registering, you are acknowledging that your contact information may be shared with and used by industry partners associated with the meeting. You hereby authorize the American Foregut Society to publish the photographs and videos taken of me, and my name, for use in the AFS publications, website and social media accounts. You acknowledge that since my participation in publications, websites and social media accounts produced by AFS is voluntary, you will receive no financial compensation. You further agree that your participation in any publication, website and social media accounts produced by AFS confers upon you no rights of ownership whatsoever. You release AFS, its contractors and its employees from liability for any claims by me or any third party in connection with my participation.
COVID Policy: AFS will follow all CDC COVID guidelines at the time of the meeting.
CME Accreditation:In support of improving patient care, this activity has been planned and implemented by Cine-Med and the American Foregut Society. Cine-Med is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
- Physicians: Cine-Med designates this live activity for a maximum of 29.25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s)™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

- Other Healthcare Professionals: All other healthcare professionals will receive a Certificate of Participation. Self-Assessment Credit: 30 Days to Claim Credits
This activity is approved for up to 29 MOC Self-Assessment Credits toward Part 2 of the ABIM and ABS MOC Program. Note: Claimed credits will be reported to ABIM and ABS one-time, 30 days from the conclusion of the meeting. Participants must enter their DOB when claiming their credits. Credits claimed through the online Credit Tracking Form submitted after the 30-day window will not be reported regardless of circumstances.
